Bespoke orders Custom orders require a non-refundable booking fee to secure the order. Orders made with less than 2 weeks notice are charged a non-negotiable $60 rush fee.  A minimum of 4 weeks must be given for all bespoke orders.

Coupons Each coupon is identified by a Coupon Code and has different requirements and rewards. Please check your coupon — all requirements stated on the coupon must be met to receive the discount. Gift Vouchers Postage is not included in voucher purchase price. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash (change will not be given) and must be used before the expiry date – unless negotiated prior. Postage Within Australia – Express Post (Australia Post) is used where possible. Combined Postage is calculated with $10 for each additional item added to the base postage cost. Items are sent once the order is paid in full. Free pick up from Glenelg, Adelaide SA available. All items are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery. In the event that Australia Post is at fault for damages a partial refund or full repair will be offered. If you have a query please email info@adornmillinery.com.au to discuss your order.

Privacy Melissa Barnes values and respects the privacy of this website’s visitors. Any personal information collected at this website will be kept strictly private and confidential. When you send an email to Melissa Barnes, its content will be solely used to provide information as you requested. Purchasing All sales made through the online store are final. Items are sent ASAP once payment has been received so change of mind cancellations are not permitted. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Melissa Barnes takes no responsibility for inaccurate information entered by customers during the purchase process, such as postal address, phone number etc.

Refund Policy Each item is lovingly created by hand and every effort is made to locate defects prior to dispatch. No refunds or credits will be issued for change of mind.  If an item is faulty please get in contact via email within 5 days of receiving the goods to make a claim. A choice of repair or refund may apply to faulty items within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and refunds will not be given for postage costs incurred. Worn or used items will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Workshop Cancellation Policy Cancellations made up to 1 month prior to the workshop date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the start of the workshop will be subject to cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the course. Refunds will not be given for illness, personal or professional commitments unless extreme circumstances arise.
