Colour and accessory discussion for your chosen dress/outfit

IF REQUIRED – Brief styling advice can be requested to ensure your full look will be cohesive (basic style board includes one bag and shoe option with dress and millinery design)
DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT PAYMENT UNLESS I HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR PLACE – contact me via email or instagram to confirm availability for your custom order
Payment via PayPal FRIENDS AND FAMILY or Credit Card – use ‘free pickup’ option for postage
By submitting a deposit payment you agree to the following terms and conditions:
– Deposits are non-refundable and custom orders will only be secured once payment has been made. Refunds are only provided if the item is faulty and contact is made within 3 days of delivery.
– Custom orders may take 2-6 weeks (your wait period will be discussed before placing an order).
– Shipping is from WA which is approx. 2 days to capital cities but rural areas can take 5+ days. Please allow for this shipping time when you place an order. All item are sent express post via Australia Post and tracking is provided.
– Custom orders include design consultation and styling advice to ensure your headpiece complements your entire outfit.
– A brief sketch/style board will be shared once the final design is agreed upon and an estimated quote will be provided. PLEASE NOTE THIS QUOTE IS APPROXIMATE. The final cost may vary depending on materials used, construction time and does not take into account any changes that may need to be made.
– Costs are non-negotiable, however please ensure you discuss your budget before placing an order to ensure payment can be made promptly.
– Progress photos will be sent during the creation stage, use this time to discuss any changes or alterations. Changes can not be made after this stage. Please note that extensive changes can result in delays
– Upon completion photos will be sent of the finished piece. Items are not sent until the final payment (the final balance for the millinery plus postage) is made.
– Packaging can vary depending on the weight and size of the millinery.
– Adorn Collection reserves the right to all images and videos undertaken to create custom designs and has the right to share images and videos of the design/consultation process to the website or via social media. Please request if you would like your piece to be confidential.
