I first met Melissa through a friend and subsequently contacted her for a hat for Adelaide Cup at short notice. Melissa was nothing but accommodating, taking my outfit to customise my hat. Her artistic flair and lovely nature make her a pleasure to work with. Since then she has created many outstanding items for me.
