• PHOTO ID REQUIRED – You must submit a clear picture of your photo ID and a close up picture of ourself holding your ID (from the shoulders up). Additional documentation, such as a utility bill, may be required for new customers.


STEP 1: Select your pickup/delivery date.  Extended hire or alternate dates are available by request. If your return date falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday your item will be due to be sent on the next available business day.

STEP 2: Input the date of your event. Click the Book Now button. The calendar will automatically block out the 4 day time period for your booking in pink.

STEP 3: View your cart and select HIRE EXPRESS shipping or your PICKUP location and proceed to the payment gateway.

STEP 4: Choose your hire insurance option in the drop down menu. Click the Book Now button.

Free return is included in the postage cost. 

INTERSTATE BOOKINGS –  Please note that we are located in WA and some items may take 4-5 days to arrive with Express Post. To ensure your item arrives on time it is recommend you book early to avoid disappointment and allow an extra day for delivery – for example if your event is on Friday choose Wednesday or Thursday as the delivery day.

PICK UP – Fremantle WA
Local pick up in Samson 6163 (close to Fremantle, WA) is available from Thursday onwards via appointment. The pick up address will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
